Delivery within the Republic of Serbia
Delivery of goods purchased through the brewsociety.store online shop is carried out by a courier service to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
The delivery period within the Republic of Serbia is 1 to 5 working days, starting from the day of order confirmation, except in the case of products that are not currently in stock, of which the customer is clearly informed during the purchase.
In exceptional cases (force majeure, holidays, courier service delays, etc.), the delivery period may be extended, of which the customer will be informed in a timely manner.
International Delivery
Brew Society doo also offers international delivery of goods to countries where delivery is technically and logistically available.
International delivery costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately, depending on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of the shipment. The exact amount of delivery costs will be displayed to the customer before order confirmation or provided upon request through customer support.
The buyer is aware of and agrees that:

international shipments may be subject to customs procedures,

additional costs may arise, such as customs duties, taxes, VAT, or administrative fees,

the aforementioned costs are entirely borne by the buyer as the recipient of the shipment.
Brew Society doo cannot influence the duration of customs procedures nor is it responsible for any delays caused by customs or other legal procedures in the destination country.
Delivery Restrictions
For certain products, there may be restrictions on international delivery, in accordance with:

customs regulations of the exporting or importing country,

regulations related to electrical devices, voltage standards, or certifications,

other applicable legal or regulatory provisions.
In the event that delivery of a certain product to the desired country is not possible, the customer will be informed in a timely manner, and the paid funds will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer at the moment the shipment is taken over by the buyer or a third party authorized by the buyer to receive the goods.
