Indiana Coffee
Indijana Coffee is a local specialty roastery that selects coffees based on their origin, process, and the character they can display in the cup. They offer carefully roasted coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, and Kenya – from creamy profiles with notes of chocolate, caramel, and nuts to brighter, fruity, and floral coffees.
A special place is reserved for the Signature Coffee line with prominent co-fermented lots, such as cherry, peach, and watermelon, intended for those who desire more intense and unusual flavors. There are also more classic espresso profiles, light roast coffee, and Sugarcane Decaf which retains sweetness and aroma without caffeine.
Whether you're looking for a reliable everyday coffee or something completely different, the Indijana Coffee collection offers a wide range of profiles for espresso and alternative brewing methods.
