1. Order cancellation before delivery
The buyer has the right to cancel an order without any costs as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
In the event of a timely order cancellation, Brew Society doo will refund the full amount paid within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method used for the payment, unless the buyer explicitly agrees to a different refund method.
2. Right of withdrawal from the contract
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer is obliged to inform Brew Society doo within the specified period via email address support@brewsociety.store, stating the order number and the product being returned.
3. Conditions for returning goods
For a return to be accepted:
-
the product must be unused, undamaged, and in proper condition
-
the product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accompanying equipment and documentation
-
all promotional gifts that were part of the package must be returned
The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
4. Return costs
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to an error by Brew Society doo (e.g., wrongly delivered or defective product).
It is recommended to send the goods via a courier service that allows package tracking and insurance, as Brew Society doo is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during the transport of returned goods.
5. Refund of funds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, Brew Society doo will refund the funds within 14 days at the latest from the day of receiving the withdrawal statement.
The refund is made:

using the same payment method that was used for the purchase
-
in the amount of the paid sum for the product
-
basic delivery costs will be refunded, while additional delivery costs (e.g., express delivery) are not subject to refund
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
-
for goods made to the specific requirements of the buyer or clearly personalized goods
-
for sealed food products (e.g., coffee) that have been opened after delivery
-
for goods that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
7. Promotional campaigns and gifts
If a product was purchased as part of a promotional offer that includes a gift, the buyer must also return the gift.
Otherwise, Brew Society doo reserves the right to reduce the refund amount by the value of the promotional item.
8. Ticketing services
Brew Society doo does not offer ticketing services or event organization. Provisions regarding non-refundable tickets do not apply.
