In which currency is the payment made?
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Dinar (RSD).
How is card data entered?
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected form. Payment card data does not pass through our system; instead, entry is performed on the payment processor's secure page.
Is VAT included?
VAT is included in the price, and there are no hidden costs.
How are refunds made?
In case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, the refund is made exclusively to the payment card account using the original payment method.
What if prices are informatively displayed in another currency?
For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, so there may be a small difference compared to the informatively displayed price on the website.
