Brazil Sweet Temptation is a rich and very accessible specialty coffee intended for customers who are looking for a full, sweet, and well-rounded profile for their everyday espresso. Originating from the farms Sitio Terra Branca and Terra Preta, this coffee uses self-induced anaerobic fermentation, while the combination of Red Catucai and Yellow Catucai varieties contributes to its more pronounced character and additional complexity compared to classic Brazilian profiles.
In the cup, it offers notes of red fruit, caramel sweetness, and dark chocolate, making it an excellent choice for espresso, as well as for milk-based drinks. This is a coffee that will appeal to a wide audience because it combines fullness, sweetness, and drinkability, while retaining enough character to remain in the premium specialty segment.
