Colombia Villa Betulia Pink Bourbon is a specialty coffee from Luis Anibal Calderón’s farm in the Huila region. Grown at 1600 m above sea level, this Pink Bourbon variety is naturally processed with carefully controlled bag fermentation.

The cup offers peach, white chocolate and a lively note of orange peel, with a juicy character. Ripe cherries are selected for this lot and undergo 72 hours of aerobic fermentation, followed by slow drying on raised beds for approximately 20 days.
