Ethiopia Primrose Nitrogen Indigo is a specialty coffee from Ethiopia’s Guji region, grown at an altitude of 1950 to 2330 m. Its Nitrogen Washed process involves fermentation in sealed tanks with nitrogen, followed by washing and drying on raised beds.

Notes of mandarin, strawberry, mango, toffee and orange come together in the cup. The Omni roast profile is suited to both espresso and filter brewing, for those who enjoy fruity aromas and layered sweetness.
