This model uses separate boilers for coffee and steam, a touchscreen display, and three PID thermostats, allowing for precise temperature control and simultaneous operation for extraction and steaming. The DUO DE is made for users who want a high level of control, automatic dosing, and serious capacity, without compromising on performance.
In the DE version, the machine uses an electrically heated group controlled by PID, with an additional PID for extraction water and a third PID for the steam and hot water circuit. The result is very stable operation, a high level of repeatability, and more comfort when preparing espresso and milk-based drinks. The DUO DE comes with a 4 L reservoir, 58 mm standard, automatic dosing, a rotary pump, and a 3.5" display, making it an excellent choice for users who want a premium machine with serious specifications and a more modern user interface.
