ECM Discover Commercial Espresso Machine

The ECM Discover represents a new generation of professional espresso machines, developed for demanding specialty coffee bars and intensive commercial use. The dual boiler system with 3CT triple temperature control and newly developed heated groups allows for independent temperature adjustment for each group.

Each group has separate PID control, adjustable pre-infusion, and six programmable doses. The Shot Counter and Shot Observer facilitate operational control, while illuminated buttons, an OLED display, and Barista Light illumination enhance ergonomics during preparation.

Two thermal-insulated steam wands, quick-steam valves, an automatic cleaning cycle, and direct water connection make the Discover a complete platform for a professional espresso bar.
