The ECM Elektronika Profi Due is a compact commercial espresso machine with two groups, designed for establishments where professional performance and efficient use of space are important. Volumetric dosing allows for programming four quantities per group, with the option of manual extraction.
The heat exchanger system, built-in rotary pump, and copper boiler with a capacity of approximately 4 liters allow for simultaneous coffee preparation and steam work. The machine can use an internal reservoir or direct connection to the water mains.
Its rounded stainless steel casing, two ergonomic ECM groups, and service-accessible construction make it suitable for smaller cafes, restaurants, hotels, and office coffee bars.
