The Eureka Pura is a single boiler espresso machine with an E61 group and a vibratory pump, designed for serious home baristas who want traditional mechanical stability and reliable construction in a stainless steel casing.
The model uses a vibratory pressure system and is equipped with a manometer for controlling extraction pressure, as well as an OPV valve for regulating output pressure. The 1.5-liter stainless steel boiler with thermal insulation ensures stable operation and good temperature consistency.
The E61 group with mechanical pre-infusion and a professional 58 mm portafilter allows for precise and repeatable extraction. The 2-liter water reservoir and 1-liter drip tray make the system practical for daily use.
Warm-up time is 10–15 minutes.
