Profitec RIDE – Dual Boiler Espresso Machine with PID Control

Profitec RIDE is a premium dual boiler espresso machine designed for users who want precise extraction control, powerful steam, and a fast workflow, all with the recognizable Profitec build quality. It is available in a standard version with a satin-finished front and matte black side panels, as well as in the exclusive Profitec RIDE Matt Black – Exclusive Line version with a completely matte black casing, black pressure gauges, and handcrafted walnut wood handles.

Unlike classic sequential heating, RIDE allows for simultaneous heating of both the coffee boiler and the steam boiler. This enables the machine to reach operating steam temperature faster and ensures more stable performance when simultaneously preparing espresso and texturing milk. With Fast Heat-Up Mode, the time required for the machine to be ready for operation is further shortened.

Precise temperature and extraction control

RIDE uses two independent stainless steel boilers – 0.75 l for coffee preparation and 1.0 l for steam and hot water. The temperature of both boilers can be individually adjusted via PID control, allowing fine-tuning for different coffee types and roast profiles.

The machine supports active and passive pre-infusion, providing additional control over the initial phase of extraction. The brewing pressure can also be individually adjusted via the expansion valve.

When you don't need steam, RIDE can also be used in single boiler mode.

Fast Heat-Up and programmable functions

A discreet integrated display allows for easy adjustment and monitoring of key machine functions, including:

Profitec brew group and joystick valves

Profitec RIDE uses a massive Profitec brew group with a stainless-steel element, designed for high temperature stability and long lifespan.

Steam and hot water are controlled by convenient joystick valves, allowing for quick opening and closing of full flow without multiple valve turns.

To monitor the machine's operation, there are separate analog pressure gauges for the boiler and pump pressure, visually integrated with the central display.

Modular bottomless portafilter

The RIDE comes with Profitec's modular bottomless portafilter. Thanks to silicone attachments, it can be quickly used as:

• a bottomless portafilter
• a single-spout portafilter
• a double-spout portafilter

This solution simplifies maintenance, reduces the number of additional portafilters, and allows you to adapt the same workflow to different preparation methods.

Two versions of Profitec RIDE

Profitec RIDE – Satin / Black combines a satin-finished front and stainless steel surfaces with elegant matte black side panels. The contrast between stainless steel and black elements gives the machine a modern, technical look characteristic of Profitec.

Profitec RIDE Matt Black – Exclusive Line brings a completely different character to the machine. The matte black casing is paired with black pressure gauges and handcrafted walnut wood handles, creating a more sophisticated and discreet interpretation of the RIDE design. Exclusive Line models are available exclusively through a selected network of Profitec specialized distributors.

Regardless of the chosen finish, both versions offer the same dual-boiler platform, PID control, simultaneous boiler heating, and advanced extraction functions.
