The temperature is precisely controlled using a PID thermostat, allowing fine-tuning in the range of 80 °C to 100 °C for optimal extraction of different bean types and roasts. The standard vibratory pump ensures stable pressure, while the CHRONO shot timer provides accurate extraction time.
