The E1 Prima uses NEO (New Engine Optimization) technology, a system that reduces energy consumption and heating time, achieving operating mode in less than 8 minutes. The machine is constructed with thermally efficient materials and insulated components to minimize heat and water loss, contributing to stability and more sustainable operation.

For users who also prepare milk-based drinks, the E1 Prima features Steam-by-Wire electronic steam control, with an operating pressure of 2.1 bar, or a steam range of 0.8 to 3 bar. This system provides drier and more consistent steam, while the Easycream technology option automates milk texturing and stops the process when a pre-set foam temperature is reached.

Machine adjustment is further simplified through the Victoria Arduino app, which can control temperature and certain operating settings. The brew module's temperature range is 80–105 °C, and the machine has a 50 l/h volumetric pump.
