Victoria Arduino E1 Prima Pro is the most advanced model in the Prima line, developed for coffee professionals, roasters, chefs, and all users who expect maximum precision, control, and extraction flexibility from a single-group machine. It retains the compact and recognizable Prima format but elevates it to a seriously professional level through advanced technologies and a significantly wider range of beverage preparation options.

At the heart of this model is T3 Genius technology, which Victoria Arduino describes as a system that controls the temperature of the steam boiler, coffee boiler, and group for maximum precision in the cup. In addition, VIS (Virtual Intelligent Scale) digitally estimates the dose in the cup using an algorithm, contributing to greater consistency and a more reliable workflow. For users who want to extend the machine's use beyond classic espresso, there is also PureBrew Technology, designed for preparing additional extraction styles and experimenting with different recipes.

The E1 Prima Pro also features an improved steam system, Advanced Steam by Wire, with dry steam at a pressure of 2.1 bar, along with additional controls that assist with various pitcher sizes. In the official brochure, Victoria Arduino also states a pressure of up to 2.5 bar, with a very fast power-to-performance ratio, and the ability to heat 250g of milk in less than 18 seconds. This model also includes Easycream, which automatically textures milk and plant-based beverages at a set temperature and with a set amount of foam.

Operation and settings are managed via a 2.1" touchscreen display, which provides extraction information and faster access to controls, while the app further expands the possibilities for adjusting and optimizing machine performance. Victoria Arduino also specifically highlights its compactness, lighter weight, better thermal efficiency, and energy-optimized operation thanks to insulated boilers and modernized construction.
